You can enjoy DUCK in all its different forms. The cooking is straightforward but of high quality as it uses regional and market produce according to the season. Examples: Lightly-cooked Duck Foie Gras from our kitchen, Duck Fricassee with baby vegetables, Duck Cassoulet (baked beans casserole with duck conserve), Guinea-fowl mille feuille pastry dish with Foie Gras, etc.
